Nearly every morning I start the day with a protein smoothie after my early morning workout. It's a great way to get tons of vitamins and minerals in the form of vegetables and fruit and a healthy dose of protein. Plus, they are quick and easy to make with simple clean-up. Here are 5 of my favorite healthy morning smoothies that will start your day on the right track!
